We know the contractors in our network well and follow strict screening and post-project evaluation procedures to ensure they adhere to our high standards.

How do you screen your contractors?

We are very particular about the contractors we have in our network. Initially, we screen all contractors using strict criteria to ensure they are licensed, bonded, and insured, certified (when applicable), have positive customer references, and are in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.

To ensure each contractor in our network continues to meet our high standards we conduct regular credential audits and performance evaluations at the completion of each job.

How do you find your contractors?

Many of the contractors in our network came to us as referrals from satisfied customers. If you know of an exceptional contractor you’d like to support by referring them to us, please let us know!

What does it cost to use your service?

Our service is free for the consumer to use. The contractors in our network are happy to pay us a small commission that fits within their marketing budget in exchange for regular referrals.
